Mrs. Elizabeth Wiebe, oldest daughter of D. Z. and Mary Hauck, was born Oct. 13, 1876 in Schwenksville, Pa.  She was baptized in 1891 by Rev. A. B. Shelly and joined the Saucon Mennonite Church near Coopersburg, Pa.   
 
On March 23, 1905 she was married to William Wiebe of Beatrice, Neb.  He died Sept. 15, 1953 in Bluffton, Ohio, where they had been making their home since moving from Beatrice, Neb. in May of 1937.     
 
Since April 1955 she made her home in the Mennonite Memorial Home in Bluffton. After suffering a stroke, she was taken to the Bluffton hospital on Oct. 15, 1960, where she passed away on Jan. 6, 1961.    
 
Surviving are three daughters and three sons:  Mrs. John Boehr (Edna), of Bluffton, Mrs. Arthur W. Gnagi (Lila), of Lima, Ohio, Mrs. James I. Detweiler (Dorothy), of Burbank, Calif., Harold W. Wiebe of San Diego, Calif., Gerhart D. Wiebe of Mamaroneck, N. Y. and Albert H. Wiebe of West Covina, Calif.  Also surviving are two granddaughters, six grandsons, and six great grandchildren.

MRS. ELIZABETH WIEBE

Mrs. Elizabeth Wiebe, oldest daughter of D. Z. and Mary Hauck, was born Oct. 13, 1876 in Schwenksville, Pa. She was baptized in 1891 by Rev. A. B. Shelly and joined the Saucon Mennonite Church near Coopersburg, Pa.
