Mary Alice Martin Ebersole was born in Maryland September 28, 1868, and died in the Old People’s Home near Rittman, Ohio, January 20, 1947, aged 78 years. | |||
She was united in marriage to David Ebersole. To them were born seven sons and three daughters, of whom six sons and two daughters survive: John of Hancock, Maryland; Chris of New York State; Ira, Homestead, Fla.; Walter, Sarasota, Fla.; Harry, Sterling, Ohio; Fanny May, Shreve, Ohio; Ella of Wooster, Ohio; 27 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. | |||
Noah Hilty, Rudy Stauffer and Wm. Detweiler had charge of the funeral services at Crown Hill church on Jan. 24, with burial in nearby cemetery. | |||
