Mountain Lake, Minn. — Business places of this community were closed Tuesday afternoon, May 26, during funeral services for P. B. Dick, 67, prominent civic leader and business man here for many years who died May 23.

The services were conducted at the First Mennonite church, of which he was an active member, by Rev. L. R. Amstutz and Rev. I. J. Dick.

Mr. Dick had been a member of the village council for more than 24 years, including 15 years as mayor, and was active in the erection of the municipal light plant here. He served on the school board for nine years, was a former member of the draft board, and was active in Red Cross work. He also engaged in the real estate and insurance business here.

COMMUNITY, BUSINESS LEADER OF MT. LAKE CALLED BY DEATH

Mountain Lake, Minn. — Business places of this community were closed Tuesday afternoon, May 26, during funeral services for P. B. Dick, 67, prominent civic leader and business man here for many years who died May 23.

The services were conducted at the First Mennonite church, of which he was an active member, by Rev. L. R. Amstutz and Rev. I. J. Dick.
