'''Young Man Killed When Car Hits Buggy'''
Quarryville, Pa.—A traffic accident on Highway 272 south of Willow Street the night of Jan. 7 resulted in instant death for John B. Zook, 20, Amish young man of this community.
He was returning home from a singing by horse and buggy when the buggy was hit from the rear by a car, throwing him some 50 feet from the point of impact. The driver of the car said he failed to see the buggy.
Survivors include the parents, Joseph and Anni Lapp, three brothers and two sisters. Funeral services were held at the Lapp home on Jan. 10.

Young Man Killed When Car Hits Buggy
