&#9679; Hugo Buller, 83, died Aug. 16 at Bethesda Home in Goessel.  He was a retired farmer.  Services are being held Aug. 19 at Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church, rural Goessel, with Dennis Schmidt officiating.  Survivors include a son, Larry of rural Hillsboro, two sisters, Hilda Unruh of Shafter, Calif., and Selma Doell of Crestone, Colo.; three half brothers, Bill, Dave and Vernon, all of Fresno, Calif.; and two grandchildren.  His wife, Martha, died in 1987.
