Elizabeth Dyck was born in Franklin, Ia., March 20, 1869, and died at Halstead, Kans., June 15, 1941. | |||
She was a member of the Mennonite church from infancy, and was affiliated with the Methodist church in Wichita during a brief residence. | |||
On March 3, 1898, she was united in marriage to William Billman of Primrose, Ia., and to this union were born six children, two of whom have died, Roy William in infancy in 1909, and Rachel Anna, whose death occurred in 1922 at the age of 17 years. | |||
Mr. Billman died in 1933. | |||
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Harry Kugel of Salt Fork; mrs. H. D. Lammon of Dallas; Miss Hilda Billman of Deer creek and Mrs. Bill Cleverdon of Stillwater; three grandchildren, Betty Jane Lemmon, Bryan Lee Kugel and Martha Ann Cleverdon; two sisters, Miss Anna Dyck of Goessel, Kans., and Mrs. E. B. Schmidt of Moundridge, Kans.; and two brothers, Henry C. Dyck of Moundridge and William Dyck of Reedley, Calif. | |||
Funeral services were held at the Mennonite church in Deer Creek Tuesday, June 17, at 3 p. m., with rev. Herbert Miller and Rev. John Lichti in charge. | |||
Burial was in the Bayard cemetery, near Deer Creek, under the direction of Pishney funeral home. | |||

Elizabeth Dyck was born in Franklin, Ia., March 20, 1869, and died at Halstead, Kans., June 15, 1941.
She was a member of the Mennonite church from infancy, and was affiliated with the Methodist church in Wichita during a brief residence.
On March 3, 1898, she was united in marriage to William Billman of Primrose, Ia., and to this union were born six children, two of whom have died, Roy William in infancy in 1909, and Rachel Anna, whose death occurred in 1922 at the age of 17 years.
Mr. Billman died in 1933.
