Jacob "Jim" Frank Siebert died Mar. 8. He was born Feb. 8, 1922 in southern Ukraine to Frank and Agatha Siebert. In 1926, the family fled to Canada in the wake of the Russian Revolution, settling in Coaldale, Alta.
