WALTER REGEHR
Walt Regehr died Sept. 28 after a long struggle with cancer. He was born Apr. 16, 1943 in Yarrow, B.C. He was kind and compassionate and strove for integrity and honesty in all he did. He loved to be with people, engaging in conversation with those he met. He was a doctor in Edmonton. He enjoyed cross-country skiing, walking his dog, riding his bike, baking bread, reading novels, e-mailing his friends and spending time with his family. His lifelong faith, love of Scripture and Christian community, particularly in Lendrum MB Church, gave him strength. He is mourned by his wife Marlene; son Cameron; daughter Leanne; 2 sisters; 1 brother.
