Corn, Okla. — Funeral services for B. A. Harms, a pioneer settler of the Bessie community, were held April 17 at the Herold Mennonite Church. He died at the home in Bessie after some years of failing health.
A native of Whitewater, Kan., Mr. Harms was a member of a pioneer family which homesteaded in the Bessie area. He and his wife later farmed in the same locality.
