MRS. MARY TIESZEN
(Mrs.) Mary Tieszen of Clearbrook, B.C. went to be with the Lord on July 20. She was born in Winkler, Man. on April 20, 1894. On July 16, 1916 she was married to Abraham H. Tieszen and homesteaded with him near Dalmeny, Sask. Mrs. Tieszen committed her life to Christ as a young woman and served him faithfully for the rest of her life. In 1946 the Tieszens moved to Clearbrook, B.C.
She was predeceased by her husband Henry in October,1973. She is missed by two sons and their wives: Abe of Newark, Calif., and Harvey of Vancouver; one daughter, Elsie (Mrs. Sam Buhler) of Dalmeny, Sask.; seven grandchildren and six great-grand children. The funeral service was held at the Woodlawn Funeral Chapel in Clearbrook, with John Baerg and Herman Lenzmann officiating.
