JOHN G. KRUGER
John G. Kruger, of Aberdeen, Sask., passed away in Saskatoon on May 2, following a short illness.
He was born on Nov. 4, 1889 in Friedenseld, south Russia, to G. G. and Albertine Kruger. In 1903 the family emigrated to Canada, and four years later, at the age of 18, he accepted Christ. He was baptized and accepted into the Aberdeen Mennonite Brethren Church one year later.
He was married on July 22, 1915, to Tina Niessen of Aberdeen, Sask., and they raised family of six children.
He leaves behind to mourn his wife Tina; children Alvena (Mrs. Jacob) Epp, Frieda Mrs. Joe) Klassen, Archie and Gwen Kruger, Wesley and Anne Kruger, Harold and Susan Kruger, Doris (Mrs. Bill) Keith and 22 grandchildren.
