TINA VOTH
(Mrs.) Tina Voth, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Kuhl, was born on November 26, 1899 in the Burwalde district near, Winkler, Manitoba. At the age of 19 she was baptized on confession of her faith and joined the Winkler Mennonite Brethren Church. On July 15, 1923 she married Diedrich R. Wiebe. Her husband was suddenly called home after a heart attack in 1948, leaving her with three sons and two daughters.
The Word of God, prayer and joy in the Lord were her strength and her life was characterized by faithful devotion to her family. Although quiet and reserved by nature, she was keenly aware of the needs of others and her family's spiritual welfare.
After 14 years of widowhood, she married Abram Voth on October 20, 1962, becoming mother to his three daughters and one son. At this time she transferred her membership to the Morden (Man.) Mennonite Brethren Church where she remained a faithful member until her passing on August 5 after a period of severe illness.
Mrs. Voth leaves to mourn her loving husband Abram; three sons and their wives, John and Mary Wiebe, Dick and Sally Wiebe, Hank and Mary Anne Wiebe; two daughters, Kae (Mrs. Abe) Friesen and Helen (Mrs. John) Friesen; three stepdaughters, Ella (Mrs. Harry) Guderian, Sarah (Mrs. John) Isaac, and Kathy (Mrs. Robert) Rempel; one stepson, Milton Voth and his wife Marion; 16 grandchildren; 15 step grandchildren; two brothers, Henry and John Kuhl; one sister, Anne (Mrs. Harry) Rempel; and many relatives and friends.
