Mrs. Ann Wenger, 89, died Friday, Dec. 11, at her home on Elkhart Route 4. She was born Feb. 27, 1864, the daughter of Abraham and Marry (Kilmer) Holdeman. She was married Oct. 18, 1885 to Daniel Wenger, who died in 1951. Mrs. Wenger had been bedfast the past eight years. She was a member of the Olive Mennonite church for 43 years. She is survived by three sons and six daughters. Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon in the Olive Mennonite church, with Rev. D. A. Yoder and Rev. Clarence Shank in charge. TWO AGED RESIDENTS CALLED BY DEATH
Goshen, Ind. — Mrs. Peter (Sarah Jane) Weaver, 81, of Wakarusa died Dec. 11 at the home of her dauhgter [sic], Mrs. Arthur Lehman, Wakarusa. Funeral services were held at the Yellow Creek Mennonite church, of which she had been a member for 59 years.
On the same day, Mrs. Daniel W. (Ann) Wenger, 89 died at her home on Route 4, Elkhart. Funeral services were held Dec. 14 at the Olive Mennonite church where she had been a member for 43 years.
