Mrs. H. B. (Janie) Schmidt, 82, of Elbing died Saturday at the Peabody Memorial Nursing Home. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at the Swiss Mennonite Church, Whitewater, with Rev. Arnold Ensz and Rev. Ted Roth officiating. Mrs. Schmidt and her husband engaged in tract work in Florida for a number of years. Surviving are Mr. Schmidt; a daughter, Pauline L.
