&bull;  Mrs. Mary Rose, 89, died Sunday at the house of Mr. and Mrs. Reinhold Guhr in Hillsboro where she had lived since April 1960.  Born in South Russia, she came to the Goessel community with her parents in 1874.  In 1925 she was married to H. J. Rose, who died in October of this year.  A brother, B. H. Schmidt of Newton, survives.  Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon at the Alexanderwohl Church by Rev. Aaron Epp.
