Former Home Mission Worker Dies at Age 81
Orrville, Ohio. — Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie R. Horst, 81, former home mission worker, were held at the Martins Mennonite Church on July 5, Rev. Wilmer Hartman officiating. She died July 2 at the Rittman Mennonite Home where she had been resident since 1951.
Before her marriage to David H. Horst in 1927, she engaged in home mission work at Canton, ohio, Altona, Pa., and Job, W. Va. She was born near here Oct. 31, 1880, the daughter of John Y. and Rebecca Kurtz. Mr. Horst died a number of years ago.
