Retired Carpenter, Farmer Died

Sugarcreek, Ohio. — Funeral services for John H. Hershberger, 89, well known retired farmer and carpenter of the Walnut Creek community, were held at the Walnut Creek Mennonite church April 7. Rev. Paul R. Miller, the pastor, officiated.

Mr. Hershberger, whose death occurred April 4, leaves five daughters, two sons, 31 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by seven brothers and three sisters.
