MRS. JUSTINE GUENTHER

Justine Guenther was born October 28, 1898 in Steinbach, Ukraine. The family lived for many years in the Sardis, B.C. area but joined the Broadway Mennonite Brethren Church of Chilliwack several years ago.

Last year her husband went to be with the Lord and a scant year later she followed.

Left to mourn are two sons, Waldemar and Walter of Sardis; six daughters, Mrs. Robert (Elizabeth) Tennant of Calgary, Mrs. Clair (Martha) Akerley of Union Bay, B.C., Mrs. Abe (Mary) Wiens of Winnipeg, Mrs. Henry (Erma) Krahn of Sardis, Mrs. Earl (Inger) Hargrove of Peachland, B.C. and Mrs. Ernie (Victoria) Nigra of Melbourne, Australia; one brother and one sister; and 17 grandchildren. Funeral services were held July 7.
