PIONEER RESIDENT DIES IN INDIANA

Middlebury, Ind. — A pioneer resident of this community, Daniel W. Nusbaum, 84, died June 22 at the Froh Brothers Home at Sturgis,, [Michigan] where he had been a patient since 1953.

Nusbaum was born in Middlebury Township Sept. 21, 1875 and married Luvinnie Mack Feb. 27, 1897. She preceded him in death in 1954.

He is survived by two sons, Ora of Elkhart and Elmer of Rt. 1 Middlebury; two daughters, Mrs. Joseph Buzzard of of [sic] Scottdale, Pa., and Mrs. Ralph Hite of Elkhart, 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held June 25 at the Middlebury Mennonite church, Rev. Harld [sic Harold] Yoder officiating.
