MISSIONARY'S MOTHER CALLED BY DEATH

Deer Creek, Ill. — Funeral services for Mrs. Emma V. Guengerich, 77, wife of Otto Guengerich and mother of a missionary to the Belgian Congo, were held April 25 at the Calvary Mennonite church in Washington. Death came April 23 at the Eureka hospital.

A native of McLean county, Mrs. Guengerich leaves her husband; a daughter, Miss Frieda Guengerich of the Congo field; one son, Lester, of Elkhart, Ind.; a half sister, Miss Esther Wolber of Eureka; and six grandchildren.
