Young Man Killed In Auto Accident

Hutchinson, Kan. — Funeral services were conducted at the Westside Baptist church here Monday forenoon for Richard Dean Strausz, 20-year-old Arlington youth who was killed in an auto accident near his home Thursday evening, March 31.

The young man was bringing his sister Ellen, 18, home from work in Hutchinson when the car went out of control on a country road and turned over four times. Both were thrown out, and the young woman was brought to Grace hospital here with critical injuries.

Surviving are the parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Strausz of Arlington, another sister, Joann of Springfield, Mo.; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Strausz of Moundridge and Gus Smith of Route 1, Hutchinson.
