Elkhart, Ind. — Ms. Mattie Ellen Hooley, aged member of the Prairie Street Mennonite congregation here, died Dec. 19 at her home. Rev. Howard Zehr, the pastor, officiated at services in an Elkhart funeral home, and burial was made in the Prairie Street cemetery.

Mrs. Hooley, widow of Daniel Y. Hooley, leaves a total of 143 direct descendants, including ten children, 56 grandchildren, 73 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
