— An auto accident near Flanagan, Ill. on Nov. 1 claimed the lives of Emma Gerig of Gridley, Ill. and Josie Hopewell of Camargo, Ill. The two women had attended morning services at the Salem Evangelical Mennonite church a short time before the accident. Funeral services for Miss Gerig were held at the Salem church.
