Bender, 18-year-old Amish youth of this community, who died early Sunday morning, March 8. The young man was believed to have been working in his father's barn at the time of the fatal accident.

His injuries were not believed to be serious at first. The deputy coroner attributed his death to coronary thrombosis, caused by internal hemorrhaging.

Funeral services were held at the home of his parents, John Rennos, who survive with six brothers and sisters.

Horse’s Kick Proves Fatal To Youth

Belleville, Pa. — Injuries suffered on Friday, March 6, when kicked in the abdomen by a horse proved fatal to William L. Bender, 18-year-old Amish youth of this community, who died early Sunday morning, March 8. The young man was believed to have been working in his father's barn at the time of the fatal accident.

His injuries were not believed to be serious at first. The deputy coroner attributed his death to coronary thrombosis, caused by internal hemorrhaging.

Funeral services were held at the home of his parents, John Rennos, who survive with six brothers and sisters.
