&#8212; Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine Regier, 93, who was among the pioneer settlers in the Buhler community, were held Saturday afternoon at the West Zion Mennonite church in Moundridge, Rev. Harris Waltner and Rev. P. K. Regier officiating. Mrs. Regier died Sept. 16 at the Mercy hospital in Moundridge. A native of South Russia, she came to the Buhler community in 1874 at the age of eight. She and her husband, the late Frank Regier, lived in the Moundridge community for many years. Survivors include three daughters, one son, two step-sons, 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren,and one brother, John Buller of Buhler.
