SIEGFRIED REIMER

Siegfried was born March 16, 1956 in Colony Volendam, Paraguay. In 1962 his family immigrated to Kitchener, Ont. and in 1972 they moved to Kelowna , B.C, where they soon felt at home. Siegfried was happy to be able to join a fine group of young people immediately.

He was converted in early childhood and in later years experienced the Lord in a deeper sense. He was baptized on July 29, 1973 and accepted as a member of the church. He loved the church, enjoyed attending services and often spoke about the end times and biblical prophecy. He often observed and admired the starry heavens.

Siegfried died January 9, 1975 as a result of a car accident, at age 18. His brother Arnold preceeded him in death in 1962. He is mourned by his parents, Erna and Adolf Reimer, and his three brothers, Werner, Arno, and Edward, all of Kelowna; his grandmother, Emma Eichhorst, Kitchener, Ont., and his relatives and friends. The family has the happy assurance that he is with the Lord and that they will see him again.
