— A fishing trip on the Susquehanna River in Pennsylvania ended in tragedy when the boat was swamped and a 13-year-old Akron, Pa. youth was drowned. In the boat in addition to the youth were his father, Luther Sensenig, and two other men. It was reported that a swell in the river resulted from opening of gates at a dam upstream, causing the boat to overturn.
