Fast returned recently from southeastern Iowa, having been called there due to the death of Mrs. Fast's mother, Mrs. Lydia [''sic'' Lizzie] Schindler of Pulaski, who passed away Dec. 23 at the age of 91. Funeral services were held Dec. 26 at a funeral home in Bloomfield, Iowa, with her pastor, Rev. Kenneth Shelly officiating. Mrs. Schindler was a member of the Pulaski Mennonite Church. Of a large family of brothers and sisters, only two sisters now survive.
