Orrville, Ohio. — Mrs. Simon Smucker, 73, a lifelong resident of this community, died at her home near here Feb. 3 after a long illness. Funeral services were held at the Oak Grove Mennonite church, and were in charge of Wm. G. Detweiler, Gerald Studer and I. W. Royer. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Mennonite church.

Mrs. Smucker, the former Lydia Wenger, is survived by her husband, nine sons and one daughter, 29 grandchildren, one brother and one sister.

MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER CALLED AT ORRVILLE

Orrville, Ohio. — Mrs. Simon Smucker, 73, a lifelong resident of this community, died at her home near here Feb. 3 after a long illness. Funeral services were held at the Oak Grove Mennonite church, and were in charge of Wm. G. Detweiler, Gerald Studer and I. W. Royer. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Mennonite church.
