Youth Killed When Car Hits Abutment

Wakarusa, Ind. — Funeral services were held at the Olive Mennonite Church near here Jan. 24 for Robert Hahn, 18, senior in the Wakarusa High School who met instant death on Jan. 21 when his car skidded into a bridge abutment.

The youth, a star player on the local basketball team, was en route home from a brief practice when the fatal crash occurred two miles north of town.

The high school senior class attended the funeral in a body, and members of the team served as pall bearers.
