Metamora, Ill. — Aaron Yordy, 69, well-known retired farmer of the Eureka community, died Nov. 7 at the Mennonite Home for Aged in Eureka where he had resided for the past two years.
Funeral services were held at the Roanoke Mennonite Church, with Rev. Wesley Jantz in charge.
Mr. Yordy was born March 16, 1888, at Flanagan and was a life-long resident of the central Illinois area. He is survived by four brothers and three sisters.
