Former Orphanage Worker Dies
Hillsboro, Kan. — Funeral services were held at the Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren church on Nov. 7 for Mrs. John Ediger, 74, a resident of this community most of her life. She died at the home for aged here where she had lived since January of this year.
Mrs. Ediger, daughter of Gerhard and Maria Klassen, was a trained practical nurse and did practical nursing for a number of years. She also served at the K. M. B. orphanage at Elkhart, Ind. for three years.
Her marriage to Mr. Ediger occurred in 1933, and he died in 1943.
