Plain City, Ohio. &#8212; Funeral services were held in the Amish community here for Dan J. Stutzman, who died unexpectedly Sept. 8 while on vacation in northern Michigan.

Mr. Stutzman and wife were members of a group who went to Gaylord, Mich. for part of the hay fever season. He was floating on an inner tube in a nearby lake when he slipped off the tube. He was rescued from the water and appeared to be reviving, but later was taken to a hospital where he died a short time later. Death was believed due to a heart condition.

SUFFERS FATAL ATTACK WHILE SWIMMING IN MICHIGAN LAKE

Plain City, Ohio. — Funeral services were held in the Amish community here for Dan J. Stutzman, who died unexpectedly Sept. 8 while on vacation in northern Michigan.

Mr. Stutzman and wife were members of a group who went to Gaylord, Mich. for part of the hay fever season. He was floating on an inner tube in a nearby lake when he slipped off the tube. He was rescued from the water and appeared to be reviving, but later was taken to a hospital where he died a short time later. Death was believed due to a heart condition.
