&#8212; Emma A. Ewy, 61, of Halstead died Tuesday afternoon at the Bethel Deaconess Hospital after a long illness. Funeral services are to be held Friday at 10 a.m. at the First Mennonite church of Halstead, where she was a member. The services are to be in charge of Dr. D. C. Wedel and Rev. John F. Schmidt, both of North Newton, and burial is to take place in the Arlington cemetery, where the deceased lived in former years. Two sisters, Mrs. Walter Berger, Arlington, and Mrs. Edgar Hege, oxford, survive.
