Inman Retired Farmer Dies

Inman, Kan. — Funeral services were held Saturday forenoon at the Zoar K.M.B. Church near here for George C. Thiessen, 70, well-known retired farmer of this community. Rev. Arnold Ensz officiated.

Mr. Thiessen was born at Buhler on Feb. 8, 1887. He farmed here for many years and was a member of the Zoar church. Death came on Thursday morning, Aug. 1, at the Mercy Hospital in Moundridge.

Surviving are the widow, Anna, three sons and six daughters, and a number of brothers and sisters.
