Berne, Ind. — Peter L. Amstutz, president of the Berne Witness Company, died May 19 at the home of a daughter in Fort Wayne at the age of 88.
He had been associated with the local printing firm for a period of 45 years and was an expert book binder. The company publishes the community's tri-weekly newspaper, "The Berne Witness."
