— Funeral services for Joseph J Wedel, 55, a native of Moundridge and resident of Newton for the past 11 years, took place Tuesday afternoon at the Eden Mennonite church. Rev. Peter J. Dyck in charge. Mr. Wedel, who had operated a Swedish message clinic here after retiring from the farm passed away at the Home on East Broadway Saturday evening. Jul. 5. He leaves his wife, the former Lena Stucky, two daughters, Mrs. Velma Guhr and Mrs. Dorothy Tieszen of Newton; one son Harvey of Moundridge; two brothers, three sisters, and 10 grandchildren. | |||
