PROMINENT BUSINESS MAN CALLED BY DEATH AT BERNE, INDIANA
Berne, Ind. — Clifton H. Sprunger, 58, president and general manager of the Berne Witness company, died suddenly of a heart attack here on Monday, March 24.
He was a member of the First Mennonite church, where funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon, Rev. Olin A. Krehbiel officiating.
Surviving are his wife, a daughter Barbara of Berne, and son James, student at Bluffton college; one brother and four sisters.
