Native of Russia Died at Reedley

Reedley, Calif. — Henry G. Wiensz, who came to this country from Russia 37 years ago as a Mennonite immigrant, died at his home here March 12. He was 78.

Funeral services were held at the Mennonite Brethren church here March 15. Rev. Dan Friesen and Rev. H. R. Wiens officiating.

After coming from Russia, Mr. Wiensz lived at Dallas, Oregon for 15 years, and then moved to Reedley. He was a retired farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Anna, five children, and six brothers and sisters of whom one brother and one sister are still in Russia.
