Pioneer Settler at Hillsboro Died

Hillsboro, Kans. — Funeral services for G. F. Funk, 82 year old pioneer resident here, were held at the Mennonite Brethren church on Friday, March 27. He died at the Salem hospital March 25 after a long illness.

Except for a few years’ residence in Montana, Mr. Funk spent his entire life here. He formerly was active in church work and civic affairs.
