Pawnee Rock, aKn. [sic Kan.] — Funeral services for P. J. Deckert, who died in Larned on Dec.23, were announced for Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 27, at the Bergtal Mennonite Church near here. Rev. Victor Sawatzky, the pastor, was to officiate.
Mr. Deckert, who reached the age of83, leaves his wife Susie; two daughters and nine sons, including a son Ivan in Nigeria, Africa; 83 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
