Pretty Prairie, Kan. &#8212; Funeral services were held at the First Mennonite Church here Nov. 11 for John J. Krehbiel,74, well known retired farmer of this community.  He died at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Hutchinson Nov. 9, having been ill for six weeks.
 
A native of Freeman, S. D., where he was born March 18, 1881, he came here as a small child with his parents.
 
He leaves his wife, Regina; five children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as two brothers and three sisters.

Retired Farmer Died At Pretty Prairie

Pretty Prairie, Kan. — Funeral services were held at the First Mennonite Church here Nov. 11 for John J. Krehbiel,74, well known retired farmer of this community. He died at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Hutchinson Nov. 9, having been ill for six weeks.

A native of Freeman, S. D., where he was born March 18, 1881, he came here as a small child with his parents.

He leaves his wife, Regina; five children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as two brothers and three sisters.
