Mr. Warkentin, the husband and father, was unable to attend the funeral due to an accident a short time before his wife’s death when he stepped into the path of a car on a Mt. Lake street. He suffered a badly fractured left leg and will be confined to the hospital for several weeks.

Mother of Four Called by Death

Mt. Lake, Minn. — Funeral services for Mrs. Henry Warkentin, 47, mother of four children, the youngest nine years of age, were held June 21 at the E.M.B. church here. Officiating ministers were Henry Brandt, H. H. Dick and D. A. Regier.

Mrs. Warkentin died at the Bethel hospital here June 18 after a long illness.

Mr. Warkentin, the husband and father, was unable to attend the funeral due to an accident a short time before his wife’s death when he stepped into the path of a car on a Mt. Lake street. He suffered a badly fractured left leg and will be confined to the hospital for several weeks.
