Funeral services at the Grace Mennonite church on Monday, Feb. 25, were in charge of Rev. Carl Dirks and Rev. Paul Becker.

INFECTION FATAL TO HALSTEAD FARMER

Halstead, Kans. — A tetanus infection proved fatal to Jake T. Koehn, 60, on Feb. 20 at the Halstead hospital. He was a life-long resident of this community and had farmed north of town for a number of years.

Funeral services at the Grace Mennonite church on Monday, Feb. 25, were in charge of Rev. Carl Dirks and Rev. Paul Becker.

His wife, Nettie, nine children, and nine brothers and sisters survive.
