A happy occasion for her transpired on Nov. 22, 1953, when, under the gracious providence o God, she was permitted to celebrate her golden wedding anniversary with her life companion and the family. Her life was lived in a quiet but effective and consistent devotion to her Saviour. Her children have arisen to call her blessed. She was a constant source of comfort and inspiration to her husband in all the varied experiences of life. Her unselfish devotion as mother will always be cherished in the hearts of her children.
