Father of Five Died in Washington

Montezuma, Kans. — Funeral services were to be held at the North Mennonite church near here Feb. 17 for Samuel Yost, 44, former Gray county resident who died at Yakima, Washington after an illness of several years. Rev. David H. Koehn was to officiate at the service here.

Born near Durham, Kansas, he went to Copeland with his family as a boy and lived in that vicinity most of his life. He moved to Yakima in 1937.

Surviving him are his wife, Ruby, five children at home, five brothers and three sisters.
