SERVICES HELD FOR RETIRED FARMER
Metamora, Ill. — Funeral services for Andrew S. Bachman, 68, well known retired farmer of Roanoke township, were held Feb. 9 at the Roanoke Mennonite church, of which he was a member. Rev. Ezra Yordy officiated. Mr. Bachman, who had been in ill health for seven years, died at his home Feb. 6. He leaves his wife, the former Lydia Smith, two daughters, three grandchildren, and a foster daughter, Miss Clara Ropp, who was raised in the Bachman home.
