ALBERT SPERLING
Albert Sperling, oldest son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter H. Sperling, Dalmeny, Sask., passed away in the MSA Hospital, Abbotsford, B.C. on July 19, at the age of 63.
He grew up on his father's homestead at Langham, Sask. In 1929 he married Hilda Buhr of Mennon, Sask. They resided in Saskatchewan until 1948, when they moved to Abbotsford, B.C. He worked as mechanical maintenance man there for the remaining 22 years of his life.
In 1950, he accepted Christ as his personal Saviour and was baptized. He became a member of Glad Tidings Tabernacle, Abbotsford, B.C. and loved to serve and worship the Lord who had done so much for him.
On July 14 he took suddenly ill and had surgery done, after which double pneumonia set in. On July 19 he quietly slipped away to his eternal home.
