— Mrs. Katharine Thiesen, 88, who was born in Russia, died at her home near Reedley, Calif. on Jan. 4, and funeral services were held at the M. B. church there. She came to this country at the age of 10, going to California from Nebraska in 1907, and had lived in the same home at Reedley for 47 years.
