MARILYN ROSE BALZER

Marilyn Rose Balzer. infant daughter of John and Bertha, Terrace, B.C., was born September 17, 1969. At two weeks it was discovered that she had a heart murmur but at the time it was thought it would be something which would disappear with time. At four months she was taken to a doctor to be checked over because she had a continuous cough. A few days later she was flown to Vancouver for further investigation and possible surgery. After two weeks it was decided to do a surgical procedure that could help her until open heart surgery could be performed at the age of five. But a few hours after the operation she quietly slipped to her heavenly home.

Her parents and Glenn and Sharon and many relatives mourn her departure, but rejoice to know that she has a better body and that someday there will be a reunion. The funeral service was held from the Abbotsford Central Heights Mennonite Brethren Church, Saturday, February 21, with Rev. N'ck J. Dyck officiating.
